These recurring contributions are manageable through the donor’s Profile > My Donations > Recurring section. From there, donors can oversee and manage their recurring donation details, including donation schedules and cancelling. Choosing a recurring donation demonstrates long-term support for a cause, providing sustained assistance to campaigns and initiatives over time.

To access your donation history: Log in to your profile. Go to Profile > My Donations section. In this section, you will find a detailed record of both your one-time (once-off) and recurring donation details. You can easily track your past contributions, view the dates, amounts, and the campaigns or causes supported and update recurring donation details (Manage Recurring). This comprehensive donation history feature offers transparency and allows you to monitor your philanthropic contributions conveniently from your profile.

Your ongoing support helps campaigns keep going, plan ahead, and create lasting change. Each donation is marked with a recurring badge, letting campaign creators know your support is continuous. How do I adjust / cancel my recurring donation?
Last Updated: 10 December 2025To modify or cancel your recurring donation on the BackaBuddy platform: Log in to your profile. Go to Profile > My Donations > Manage Recurring section. Locate the recurring donation you wish to adjust or cancel. Click on the specific recurring donation’s Edit button to access its details. Within the donation details, you’ll find options to adjust the donation amount, change the payment term or deduction date, or cancel the recurring donation altogether. Follow the on-screen prompts to confirm any changes or cancellation. To cancel your recurring donation from the PayPal platform: Go to Settings. Click Payments. Select Automatic payments. Select the merchant’s name or email address and click Cancel. Please ensure that any adjustments or cancellations are made before the next scheduled donation date to avoid any unintended contributions. By managing your recurring donation from your profile, you retain control and flexibility over your support for the campaign or cause.
