Just follow the steps below: Step-by-Step Guide: Log in to your BackaBuddy profile. Head over to Profile > My Campaigns > Verification. Scroll down to the bottom of the page where you’ll see the banking section. Update your banking details and upload your new proof of banking. Click Save to submit your updated information to us. Important Final Step: After updating your details, please contact your campaign manager to let them know about the change. This step is crucial — it helps us notify our finance team to update your records and ensure there are no delays in your future payouts. That’s it! Upload the necessary documents and banking details for the campaign. 4. Save to submit your details to BackaBuddy. You may submit your documents at any time, but our team will only have access to view your documents once a donation is reflected on your campaign. Our experienced team will carefully review the documents and banking information you’ve provided. They may reach out to you for references or additional information if needed to validate your campaign. Kindly note that banking details verification is done through our bank, so please allow our team 3-5 working days for your campaign to reflect as verified.
How do I verify my organisation?

Navigate to your organisation’s profile by clicking on its name in the main menu. Click on the “Verification” tab within your organisation’s profile. Upload Necessary Documents: Provide essential identification and supporting documents. Submit your banking details along with proof of banking documentation. Optional Questionnaire: Kindly complete this short survey, to help us better understand how we can support your crowdfunding efforts, and connect you with more supporters in the future. Save to submit your details to BackaBuddy. Our dedicated team will meticulously review the documents and banking information you’ve provided. Should additional information be required for validation, our team may contact you. Once the verification process is successfully completed and approved, your organisation will be marked as verified. You’ll see the status update on your organisation page, and all campaigns created under your organisation will be automatically verified. This verification helps build credibility for your organisation’s campaigns among users.
