Once your organisation has been verified, follow these steps to withdraw funds:

1. Go to your organisation management page (Main Menu > [Your Organisation Name]).
   Once verified, the Payout Request button in the top left will become active.
2. Click on the active Payout Request button.
   Note that if you have any pending payouts in your Withdrawals tab (found in the left-hand tabs), the Payout Request button will be disabled until the payout is processed.
3. Select the campaign(s) from which you want to withdraw funds and choose your desired total (either a custom amount or the maximum available).
4. Verify that your banking details are accurate. If you recently updated them, your organisation will need to go through verification again before requesting a payout.
5. Optionally, add a Payout Description and any notes to the Payout Details section. You may also include a tip for BackaBuddy, which is much appreciated!
6. Click “Save & Submit” to submit your Payout Request.

These recurring contributions are manageable through the donor’s Profile > My Donations > Recurring section. From there, donors can oversee and manage their recurring donation details, including donation schedules and cancelling.
